Lorin Gaudin, New Orleans Food Goddess (@nolafoodgoddess)Lorin Gaudin has passion for all things food, drink and arts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Loyola University of New Orleans, and a culinary diploma from The Ritz-Escoffier in Paris, she parlayed her education to become a Food Editor/Reporter for national, regional and local publications as well as local television and radio. For five years (2015 – 2020) Lorin was an adjunct instructor with Delgado Community College’s Culinary program, teaching Menu Planning & Design, Food Writing, and Social Media. She is the Food Editor for Where Magazine New Orleans, has authored three books (86 Recipes and two editions of The New Orleans Chef’s Table) and has written for FoodandWine.com, Chef Emeril Lagasse, The New York Post, New Orleans Magazine, Louisiana Cookin’, Country Roads, GoNola.com and more.
